Investigators also seized a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while taking North Bergen native Daniel Ferguson of Cleveland Avenue into custody after searching his home, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon.
Ferguson, who is single and unemployed, was released on a summons charging him with one count of child endangerment. He’s due for arraignment Tuesday in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack.
