An undercover officer went to the Park Street residence in early April after making an appointment on the phone with Oscar Rincon (above, left), Detective Capt. Thomas Salcedo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

There he met the alleged driver, Luis A. Duenas-Hidalgo (above, right), and Cecilia Calvario-Ramirez of Queens.

“The conversation quickly led to an offer of sex for money,” Salcedo said.

The officer identified himself and took both into custody, the captain said.

Calvario-Ramirez was released on a summons. Duenas-Hidalgo was released on criminal charges.

Rincon was arrested at his home. He posted $10,000 bail and was released from the Bergen County Jail shortly after the arrests.

Both men were indicted by a grand jury in Hackensack earlier this week on charges of bringing Calvario-Ramirez into New Jersey for the purposes of prostitution.
