Members of Rescue 1 responded to the 300 block of Main Street and found a unresponsive 31-year-old overdose victim, Fire Capt. Justin Derevyanik told Daily Voice.
They administered Narcan and he "became more response," Derevyanik said.
They continued to maintain an airway until EMTS arrived and took over, he said.
