Hackensack Firefighters Douse SUV Blaze

HACKENSACK, N.J. -- Hackensack firefighters doused a luxury SUV blaze Friday.

Flames destroyed the Lincoln Navigator.

Members of the 1st Platoon of Engine Co. 1 extinguished the Lincoln Navigator fire at 336 Washington Ave. just before 11:30 a.m., then remained at the scene with Rescue 1 for the overhaul.

No injuries were reported.
