The 14-count superseding indictment returned against 48-year-old Jill Sheinbaum late last week contains four first-degree and seven second-degree charges.

These include aggravated sexual assault and sexual assault — specifically, touching the boy and having him touch her, it alleges.

The indictment also accuses Sheinbaum of getting the alleged victim to lie to a detective — and in doing so, falsely incriminate another adult — during an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in January 2010.

An arraignment will be scheduled later this month for the new indictment, authorities said. Sheinbaum remains free on $75,000 bail, records show.
