Her attorney entered a not-guilty plea on her behalf in a Hackensack courtroom yesterday.

Lozano is accused of threatening to shoot the victim ast October if he didn’t give her, 22-year-old Addis Aka of Paterson and a third man money for drugs.

Police arrested Lozano shortly after the holdup and then Aka, 22, right after that, Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor Nicole Eiszner said. They have yet to identify the third man, she said.

A month earlier, records show, Clifton police arrested and charged Lozano after they said they found her carrying 20 folds of heroin during a traffic stop. She also has an arrest warrant out of Newark, according to jail records.

Aka, meanwhile, was released on bail only to be arrested again in December on heroin distribution charges in Passaic, where authorities said they seized 420 folds, a stolen Glock .40-caliber handgun and $1,057 in cash from him and his girlfriend’s Mill Street apartment.

Aka jumped out a window and tried to run but was quickly caught, they said. He remained in custody in Passaic County.

Lozano remains held on $20,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.

Both are charged in Bergen County with first-degree armed robbery, threatening the East Rutherford victim with a gun and conspiring to commit armed robbery. They’re due back in court in Hackensack on May 15.
