Rameesh Dula and Marquis Holloman are each charged with burglary and theft in the Aug. 18 break-ins at Reverse Mortgate Solutions on Cross Street and the Wells Fargo Bank branch on Levinsohn Place.
Both are also charged with fleeing responding officers who at first stopped their blue Volvo XC90 a short distance away.

Dula, 30, jumped from the SUV while it was still moving and was quickly grabbed on West Palisade Avenue after a citizen flagged down a nearby officer.
The indictment says he gave the officer false information “with the purpose to hinder the detention, apprehension, prosecution, conviction or punishment of (Hollomon).”
The 27-year-old Holloman, meanwhile, led a chase after filling up the SUV’s gas tank at a service station on westbound Route 4 in Fort Lee and leaving without paying, authorities said at the time.
A Fort Lee police officer who was passing by spotted the Volvo and alerted his Paramus colleagues, who quickly closed in.
The SUV struck one police vehicle before the front of an unmarked cruiser collided with its rear quarter-panel, sending it into a spin and leaving it nearly perpendicular across the road.
Holloman bailed out but was cornered by police in a nearby parking lot after he ran across Route 17 and back again, witnesses told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
Two officers were taken to Hackensack University Medical Center with minor injuries. Holloman was taken to Bergen Regional Medical Center with a neck injury and Dula to Englewood Hospital Medical Center with assorted bumps and bruises.
Dula, who records show has a history of arrests for drugs, weapons and other offenses, is also under indictment in connection with a November 2013 burglary in Tenafly. He remained held on a combined bail of nearly $8,000 in the Bergen County Jail.

Holloman, who remained held on $150,000 bail, was awaiting trial after consecutive stops earlier last year by Bogota and Ridgefield Park police for motor vehicle violations when the August chase occurred. Leonia police flagged him for violations in 2010 and Englewood police did the same a year earlier, records show.
The indictment returned by a grand jury in Hackensack last week charges Holloman with:
• fleeing police through Englewood, Fort Lee and Paramus — and in doing so creating “a risk of death or injury” to police and innocent civilians;
• aggravated assault on a Paramus police officer whose vehicle the SUV struck;
•four separate counts of attempted assault on that officer and five others from Englewood, Fort Lee and Paramus.
