YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A 911 call brought Westwood police a little after 4 this morning to the Cenrose Circle Apartments, where they found a 30-year-old man bleeding heavily from a stab wound to his arm. He was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center, where he underwent surgery, while police arrested his brother.
Felix Paulino, 31, of New Brunswick, is charged with aggravated assault with a weapon and various weapons possession charges.
He is being held on $25,000 bail at the Bergen County Jail.
