A father who complained of neck pain and his young son who had a cut on his foot after being hit by flying debris as they sat outside Gotham Burger Co. were slightly injured, responders told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
They were taken to Hackensack University Medical Center.
The distraught driver, meanwhile, was taken to Holy Name Medical Center for assessment.
Queen Anne Road reopened around 9:40 p.m. after the debris was cleared and the vehicle removed.
The restaurant was expected to remain closed at least into the weekend.
