Elmwood Park police bust Rochelle Park man on heroin charges

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Elmwood Park police last night arrested a 26-year-old Rochelle Park man who they said was carrying 16 bags of heroin and a hypodermic syringe when they found him in the parking lot of a local shopping center.

Rocco Riotto was turned over to Clifton police on a warrant following the 9:50 p.m. arrest at the Elmwood Shopping Center on Broadway, Police Chief Michael Foligno told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this afternoon.
