Elmwood Park PD: Woman, Male Trio Had 250 Bags Of Heroin, $1,000 Cash

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A quartet that included a 55-year-old Hackensack woman and an Englewood man who owed nearly $56,000 in child support was busted by Elmwood Park police with 250 bags of heroin for sale and $1,000 in proceeds last night, authorities said.

Officers stopped Teresa Cirillo along with three men — Barry Clark, 44, of Englewood, Steven Cordes, 32, of Easton, PA, and 38-year-old Raymond Murtz of Bethlehem, PA on East 55th Street at 11:30 p.m., Police Chief Michael Foligno told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning.

All were charged with heroin possession with the intent to distribute the drug, he said.

Cirillo, Cordes and Murtz were released on court summonses, the chief said.

Clark was turned over to the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office on a no-bail warrant.
