Siobhan Stokley, 40, was charged with DWI assault by auto and released on $15,000 bail pending a Municipal Court appearance this coming Thursday, Molinelli said.

Stokley was behind the wheel of a 2007 Hummer H2 that hit 61-year-old Tony Tyson as he pedaled his bike in the right lane of the roadway north of Churchill Road around 10:50 p.m., the prosecutor said.

Tyson, whose head struck the pavement, was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center, where he remained in critical condition, Molinelli said this morning.

A blood sample was taken from Stokley to be submitted for testing, he said.

Stokley, a Ridgewood High School and Parsons School of Design graduate who operates her own interior design company, also received summonses for DWI and reckless driving, the prosecutor said.
