Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said his office was now investigating to determine whether to pursue criminal charges.

Some, 87, was in the street in front of his Prospect Avenue home when he was struck Tuesday night by the southbound vehicle, city Police Director Michael Mordaga told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
