Responders said a driver wasn’t seriously injured after his dirt-filled dump truck hit a barrier and keeled over at the Exit 16E tolls on the New Jersey Turnpike in Secaucus around 2:30 this afternoon. Crews were still clearing the mess nearly three hours later, as the right side of the plaza remained closed.
