State authorities who considered taking the case against Samantha Dixon, 31, and her 29-year-old boyfriend, Lamont Moseley, 29, have decided to let the counties handle it, Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor Nicole Eiszner said in court this afternoon.
Dixon and Moseley are accused of robbing TD branches in Elmwood Park, Fair Lawn and Maywood three times. Authorities in Passaic County have charged them with holdups in Haledon and Totowa. Both were TD Bank branches, as well.

Moseley also confessed to a December 2011 robbery of a Paterson branch, authorities said.
In four of the Bergen holdups, Dixon drove the getaway car, an indictment returned by a grand jury in Hackensack last November alleges.
All told, the couple are accused of taking more than $10,000. Both were arrested as they emerged from their River Street apartment in Paterson on May 29.
Bergen County prosecutors have offered Moseley seven years in state prison and Dixon five in exchange for guilty pleas. The sentences would run at the same time as whatever they’d receive from Passaic County authorities — who have offered both the same eight-year year deal, with parole eligibility after six years and eight months.
Presiding Superior Court Judge Liliana DeAvila-Silebi gave both until Oct. 20 to accept deals or go trial beginning Dec. 1.
“I don’t want to make the trial sooner than that,” the judge said, but “this case has been on the calendar since December, 2013.”
An indictment charges Mosely and Dixon with a Feb. 26 robbery of $2,800 from the TD branch on River Road in Fair Lawn and a March 15 holdup of a TD branch on Midland Avenue and Market Street in Elmwood Park, as well as the Maywood robbery.
Dixon also pulled her own job, and was recorded on surveillance video taking an estimated $1,200 in cash from a Maywood Avenue TD Bank branch on March 27, authorities said, adding that Moseley was waiting for her and they took off together.
Working closely with Fair Lawn and Hackensack police, Maywood detectives first pegged Dixon, Maywood Detective Sgt. Timothy Moran told CLIFFVIEW PILOT in May.
“We thought there might be a boyfriend-girlfried connection there,” he said.
The investigators eventually identified Moseley, who fit the description of a 6-foot, 170-pound man who wore a hoodie and dark cap while robbing the other banks.
Moseley, who the indictment says threatened tellers in the Fair Lawn and Elmwood Park heists, remained held on $100,000 bail, and Dixon on $75,000 bail, in the Bergen County Jail.
