An indictment returned by a grand jury in Hackensack charges 26-year-old Jonathan P. Biederman with “maintaining a drug facility” at the Winston Towers off Palisade Avenue overlooking Manhattan.
Biederman “knowingly distributed ten or more but fewer than 50 marijuana plants,” the indictment says. It also charges him with having $2,900 in seized cash “believed or derived from criminal activity.”
Biederman, who was a battalion ammunition chief before leaving the corps in January 2012, has remained free without bail since his July 30 arrest.
