Carlos Aldo Martins, 52, rubbed his crotch against the hers, touched her vagina over her clothes and stuck his fingers in it while getting her to touch him while the girl was between 14 and 16 years old, an indictment returned in Hackensack yesterday alleges.
The Brazilian immigrant is charged with five counts of aggravated sexual contact, two counts of sexual contact and one of aggravated sexual assault.
The indictment also charges Martins him with impairing or debauching the morals of a child “by rubbing his penis or crotch against her vagina, causing her to touch his penis, placing her hand or fingers between her vaginal labia and touching her vagina, buttocks, and asking her to lay on top of him.”
Martins, who was arrested by detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and Cliffside Park police, remained held on $500,000 bail in the county jail.
