“(C)ell phone accessories that displayed the names and trademarks of several major corporations were being stored in the Lodi warehouse and, from there, shipped all over the world, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
The prosecutor credited several agencies involved in the case, including the federal Department of Homeland Security: Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Lodi and Clifton police departments, among others.
Bahar, who was born on Jan. 1, 1975, is charged with counterfeiting trademarked items and is scheduled to appear in state court in Hackensack next Tuesday afternoon.
