The car apparently crashed through shrubs as it barreled into the lot outside the Hyatt Place Hotel on Route 4 (Broadway) around 10 a.m.

A silver Nissan Quest van and a black Jeep Grand Cherokee that was pushed onto the sidewalk were damaged.

The driver’s injuries weren’t believed to be life-threatening.

Fair Lawn police, EMS workers and both Fire Company 3 and Heavy Rescue responded.

The Toyota was removed by flatbed truck and a fuel spill was cleaned up.
