Bergen Prosecutor: Web Editor Hacked Woman's Social Media, Took Lewd Pics

HACKENSACK, N.J. – A multimedia online editor from Pompton Plains tried taking photos up a Bergen County woman’s skirt and down her blouse and also hacked her social media accounts, authorities said Friday.

Tyler C. Mudhenk, 25, was released without bail pending a Sept 14 arraignment in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

Detectives from Grewal’s Computer Crimes Unit found that Mudhenk had accessed the woman’s Facebook, OK Cupid and Feftlife accounts while also trying to take lewd photos of her, the prosecutor said.

Mudhenk, who is single, lists himself on LinkedIn as working as a web and multimedia editor for a medical communications company.

He was charged with various privacy invasion offenses.
