One of the blazes was set in a garage below a Windsor Court apartment building that holds several tenants, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said, adding that “the possibility of injury and/or death existed.” It destroyed one vehicle and damaged others, the prosecutor said.
The other broke out around the same time – 5:30 a.m. Sunday — in a detached garage of an apartment complex on Hammell Place, causing explosions from several containers being kept there, he said.
