Both were arrested by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and have remained free since raising bail.

Luis Lopez, 51, posted $250,000 in March after spending three months behind bars as he awaits a trial.

Lopez, a Colombian national, was arrested on Dec. 5, 2012, after a 13-year-old girl told someone at her school that he molested her several times last year, beginning when she was 12.

A grand jury in Hackensack indicted him last week on seven charges, the most serious of which is aggravated sexual assault with digital vaginal penetration of a minor.

The indictment also accuses Lopez of touching the girl’s vagina, making him rub his penis with her foot and impairing/debauching the morals of a child.

Also from Bergenfield, 77-year-old Raul R. Gallardo was indicted on eight charges after authorities said he exposed himself to several youngsters.

Sgt. Robert Boria and Officer Joseph Arrigo said they responded to the

Galllardo was arrested in the Cooper’s Pond area of town off West Church Street after several people told police he’d been exposing himself to children and masturbating on July 25 of this year.

The alleged victims included two girls — one 8 and the other 6 — as well as two boys, 13 and 16.

Police said a 53-year-old man witnessed it, as well.

Gallardo is charged with five counts of lewdness and four counts of child endangerment.

Gallardo has been free on $25,000 bail after spending a month in jail following his arrest.

Also indicted on child sex charges — in this case a boy who authorities asid was raped — is Alfred Redick, 39, of Rochelle Park.

Redick was arrested on the Fourth of July on charges of forcing the 14-year-old boy into giving and getting oral sex and fondling him.

“Don’t cross me,” the indictment says he told the boy. “[T]his is between you and me.”

Charges include impairing or debauching the morals of a minor.

Redick remains held on $175,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
