Bergen grand jury: North Arlington man molested girls, 12, 13, showed them porn

EXCLUSIVE: A grand jury in Hackensack has brought an 11-count indictment against a married recycling company worker from North Arlington accused of molesting two girls – one 12 and the other 13 — and masturbating in front of them.

Richard G. Grossy, who turned 40 two weeks ago, was arrested at his High Street home by members of Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and North Arlington police last June after one of the girls told her mother, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said at the time.

“Gabe” Grossy has remained held on $250,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail since then.

Last Thursday, the grand jury returned several charges against him.

They include touching himself and masturbating in front of both girls more than once, showing them “obscene material,” putting their hands on him, putting his hands on one girl’s thigh and one’s buttocks and debauching the morals of both children.
