Investigators said they’re looking for a black, four-door Toyota Camry — from 1997-1999 — that they believe has both passenger-side and front-end damage.

The victim was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center with head and leg injuries after she was struck around 8 p.m. in the driveway of the parking garage for the Northbridge Co-Op Apartments at 2200 N. Central Road, which leads to Hudson Terrace a few blocks north of the George Washington Bridge.

“We thought she was dead,” one of the first people on the scene told CLIFFVIEW PILOT. “It looks like she was knocked in the air and landed in the driveway.”

Anyone with information that could help the investigation is asked to dial 911 or call:

Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Detective Chris Kelley: (201) 226-5595
