Police Officer Nicholas Nobre found the woman on the floor of the Woodside Avenue residence, Detectie Capt. Donald Scorzetti said.

Her eyelids were half shut and her skin was blue, he said.

Nearby were hypodermic syringes and several empty wax paper folds.

The first Narcan blast wasn’t effective, but the second had her mumbling and her eyes moving, Scorzetti said.

Emergency medical techs took her to Hackensack University Medical Center.
