James Bressman, 42, of Philadelphia was arrested after the .25-caliber semi-automatic pistol, loaded with seven bullets, was spotted in his carry-on luggage, along with two magazines for the weapon, the Port Authority's Joseph Pentangelo said.

Police charged Bressman with illegal weapons possession.

On Feb. 1, TSA agents stopped another firearm, a .38-caliber handgun, as it went through a screener. An arrest was made in that case, as well.
