ROCHELLE PARK, N.J. -- Lois Catherine Brown (Barr) of Rochelle Park, died on Wednesday, Dec. 23. She was 74.
Before retiring, Brown worked for Transamerica Flood Hazard Certification Inc., Hasbrouck Heights as a Clerical Worker.
Her life in retirement revolved around her grandchildren, and enjoying weekends in Upstate New York.
Brown is survived by her husband David A. Brown; children David Brown and his wife Christine of Rochelle Park, Penny Sheridan and her husband James of Rochelle Park, Debra Dubravsky and her husband Steven of Clifton, and Jason Brown of Rochelle Park.
She is also survived by her sister Evelyn Wells of Rochelle Park; grandchildren Allison, Emma, Kayla, Jason Jr., Kelsey and Addison; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Sunday Dec. 27, 2015 from 2 pm to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home 113 in Paramus.
Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 28, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home.
Interment will take place in George Washington Memorial Park.
