Male Critically Wounded In Central Jersey Morning Shooting
One person was left critical following a shooting in Central Jersey Sunday, authorities said. The male was found with a gunshot wound around 10:20 a.m. near Remsen Avenue and Seaman Street in New Brunswick, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he remains in critical condition. Authorities ID Double-Shooting Victim In Central Jersey
Authorities have identified the man killed in a double shooting in Central Jersey. On Sunday at about 9:55 p.m., police responded to Seaman Street and Remsen Avenue in New Brunswick on a report of a shooting, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and New Brunswick Police Director Anthony A. Caputo. Patrol officers found Rafael Florez-Lopez, 39, of New Brunswick and another male who sustained multiple gunshot wounds, Ciccone and Caputo said. NJ Gunman Indicted On Charges From Double Shooting
A Mercer County man has been indicted on attempted murder charges stemming from a New Brunswick shooting last year, authorities said. Kyale Simonson, 33, was indicted Wednesday by a Middlesex County Grand Jury with charges for first-degree attempted murder, second-degree aggravated assault and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said.
