These NJ Towns Got The Most Rain In This Week's Storm: NWS Yet another December rain storm has come and gone, leaving many New Jersey towns under water. According to the National Weather Service's Philadelphia/Mount Holly office, between one and three inches of rain fell across the area, ending early Thursday, Dec. 28. The town that got the most amount of rain is Washington Township (Warren County), with 3.38 inches, the weather service said. NJ Dad Who Went Missing During Family Trip To PA Found Dead Near Campground A New Jersey man who went missing during a family trip to Pennsylvania has been found dead, authorities said. Adrien Hachey, 43, was reported missing around 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 21, after his family said that he was gone when they woke up on their private camping site on Mount Pleasant Lane in Hazle Township (Luzerne County), Pennsylvania State Police said.
