Police in Newark are asking the public's help in locating a woman reported missing. Linda Jones, 22, was last seen on Jan. 24 at University Hospital, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said. She is 5’10” tall and approximately 135 pounds. She was last seen wearing a burgundy bubble coat and light blue jeans with knee-high boots. Jones frequents Montclair, and may have been seen around Avon Avenue near S.12th Street. HER? Newark Woman Missing Since December Has Heart-Shaped Tattoo On Her Chest
Authorities are seeking a Newark woman last seen in late December 2020. Tyshareen D. Budale, 27, was reported missing on Jan. 23, but had last been seen on Dec. 26, 2020 on the 400 block of South 15th Street, Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said. Budale is described as 5’4” tall and 180 pounds with a medium brown complexion, brown eyes and a heart tattoo on her chest. She also wears different colored wigs and also goes by “Dymo” or “Musha." Newark Man Wanted For Slashing Neighbor During Argument, Authorities Say
A Newark man is wanted on an aggravated assault charge stemming from a neighbors dispute last week, authorities said. A man was cut in the hand with a knife following an argument with a neighbor around 12 p.m. on the 200 block of Woodside Avenue Dec. 21, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said. Police in Newark are seeking the public's help identifying a man they say may have sparked a house fire that sent a teenage boy to the hospital and displaced a family last week. Video footage shows a man believed to be a squatter leaving a South 11th Street home just before the blaze broke out around 11:05 a.m. Dec. 18, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said.
