'I Forgot': Long Island Man Caught Trying To Board LaGuardia Plane With Gun, TSA Says A Nassau County man was arrested after a security X-ray machine at LaGuardia Airport pointed TSA agents to a gun in his carry-on bag, authorities said. The 9mm caliber handgun was loaded with eight bullets (see photo inset above), said Lisa Farbstein, a spokesperson for the Transportation Security Administration. Luvleek Alexandre, of Newark, pushed past a 77-year-old man into an apartment on Union Avenue and started striking a 20-year-old woman with a closed fist at about 10:10 Aug. 13, according to the Nassau County Police Department. Toys 'R' Us May Close Another 200 Stores, Report Says Less than a month after announcing it planned to close 182 outlets, another 200 Toys 'R' Us stores may also be closing, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal on Thursday. The total of near 400 closures would be 45 percent of the toy retailer's total number of stores. Toys 'R' Us also reversed plans to offer severance packages to all affected employees, The Wall Street Journal reported. The locations of the 200 stores were not available.
