Ray Mandal is bringing fresh ink to Bergen County with his new tattoo parlor. A lifelong artist who has tattooed surgeons, elected officials and police officers is celebrating the grand opening of Lighthouse Tattoo Parlor to Tenafly on Sunday, April 30.
