Drug Buyer Attacks Detectives, Out-Of-Town Dealer Caught With Loaded Gun: Passaic Sheriff A 50-year-old man who was busted buying drugs from a Little Ferry driver in Paterson fought with Passaic County sheriff's officers before he was subdued, authorities said. The dealer who sold him the drugs, they said, is an ex-con who had a gun in his car. Both are now facing serious charges. Kenrick Flores heard the warning and threw down 30 bags of heroin as Detectives Mohammed Bashir and Yamil Pimienta approached a group gathered in front of a Slater Street home shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday, city Police Director Jerry Speziale said.
