Detective Nicholas Brunetti was off duty when he saw Michael Villamizar, 53, leave the Walgreens on Boulevard and pedal off on a bicycle, Lt. John Behr said. The borough victim said the muggers approached him in the 200 block of Raymond Street just after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Detective Lt.
