Milan Ghimire was nabbed in the Bronx by members of the NYPD Emergency Services Unit after killing 56-year-old Phu Tsewang, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Tuesday. 18-Year-Old Shot, Killed In East Orange An 18-year-old man was shot and killed Sunday night in East Orange, authorities said. Ahlayah Bowens was shot on Hoffman Boulevard at approximately 9:10 p.m., and rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead at 11:24 p.m., Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N.
