Fleeing Mall Suspect Caught After Ordering Uber: Wayne PD A suspect who ran from a Wayne police officer at the Willowbrook Mall got tripped up when he called for an Uber, authorities said. A mall security guard had flagged down Officer William Hall following shoplifting from the Pac Sun clothing store shortly before 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, Detective Capt. Dan Daly said. Hawthorne Man, 20, Stabbed In Little Falls Bar Dispute, Passaic Man, 22, Charged A dispute at a corner bar in Little Falls apparently led to a stabbing that put one man in the hospital and another in custody. Detectives found several witnesses unwilling to cooperate after the 20-year-old victim from Hawthorne was stabbed at the corner of Grey Street and Newark Pompton Turnpike shortly before 1:30 a.m. last weekend, law enforcement sources said. They were able to identify an alleged assailant, however. Jessy Sainteloi, 25, of Uniondale was reportedly weaving in and out of traffic at high speed on the westbound highway in an Acura ILX when Little Falls Police Officer Matt Yannuzzi tried to pull him over Thursday night, April 27.
