Garfield Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Underage Teen
An unemployed 32-year-old Garfield man sexually assaulted an underage teen, investigators charged. Jarrell M. Taver Hudson is charged with a single offense against the child, who Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said was between 13 and 14 at the time. Detectives arrested Hudson on Wednesday following an investigation that began with a tip two months ago from the state Division of Child Protection & Permanency, the prosecutor said on Thursday, Sept. 27.
