John Yager III, 50, allegedly threw the rock at moving vehicles along Franklin Turnpike, East Ramapo Avenue, and Island Road over the past several months, Mahwah Police Capt. Guido Bussinelli said. Several of the drivers had reported that the damage to their vehicles consisted of shattered and cracked windshields.
