Brownstone Pancake Factory Expanding To Englewood Cliffs
Put on your eating pants -- Brownstone Pancake Factory with locations in Edgewater and Jersey City is expanding to Englewood Cliffs, Daily Voice has confirmed. The new location will replace Central Kitchen on E. Palisades Avenue. Brownstone has seen nearly five decades of success, having been featured on Food Network and other major television networks many times. It has become famous for its over-the-top breakfast foods, milkshakes and more. An opening date has not yet been announced.

Travel Channel Zooms In On Bergen County's Most Buzzworthy Burger
The Travel Channel is putting one of Bergen County's most famous burgers on the map. The Now & Tater burger from Callahan's in Norwood will appear on an episode of "Food Paradise" sometime this summer, owner Dan DeMiglio said. At 24 years old, Cristina Vazquez of Fair Lawn will be the youngest contestant to compete on a Food Network show. "Spring Baking Championship" will debut March 12 at 9 p.m. Cristina -- a proud Cuban-Puerto Rican -- found her love of baking as a teen coping with a breakup. Baking a cake made her feel better.
