'Rutgers Royalty': Basketball Legend Phil Sellers Dies At 69
Phil "The Thrill" Sellers, who rewrote the Rutgers Scarlet Knight record book and led the school to its only Final Four appearance, died on Wednesday, Sept. 20 at the age of 69, the school announced. Sellers is the all-time leader in points scored and rebounds at the school and captained the famous Final Four team that went undefeated in the regular season and was ranked fourth in the country. PATERSON, N.J. — Following a weekend DUI arrest, NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman has checked into a rehabilitation center in Paterson, the Associated Press reports. Rodman checked into Turning Point Rehabilitation Center on Wednesday to deal with his longtime struggle with alcoholism, the athlete's agent told the AP.
