Penn State Grad Found Dead In Los Angeles: Coroner A 25-year-old Pennsylvania man and PSU grad was found dead in his Los Angeles County, California apartment, authorities say.  Elias 'Eli' Crone was found dead of asphyxia caused by hanging at 9:09 a.m. on Monday, July 31, 2023, according to the LA County Coroner's officer.  Eli was born in Wrightsville on June 8, 1998, authorities say. He studied at Lancaster Catholic High School where he played baseball and football, which he previously shared on social media.  He went on to graduate as a member of the class of 2020 at Penn State University, according to social media. Infant's Death Forces 4moms To Recall Over 2 Million Baby Swings, Rockers The company 4moms has issued a recall of over 2 million infant swings, rockers after the death of a 10-month-old infant. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the massive recall on Monday, August 15. "When the swing or rocker is not in the use, their restraint straps can hang below the seat and non-occupant crawling infants can become entangled in the straps, posing entanglement and strangulation hazards," CPSC stated. Authorities: Union County Man, 20, Arrested In 'Asphyxiation Death' Of Woman, 19 A Plainfield man was arrested in what law enforcement officials are calling the asphyxiation death of a 19-year-old woman, said authorities who charged him. Authorities found the unresponsive woman's body while performing a welfare check at a home on the 700 block of Kensington Avenue Monday, acting Union County Prosecutor Lyndsay V. Ruotolo and Plainfield Police Director Lisa Burgess said. Bryan H.
