Authorities ID Teen Shot Dead At Newark Halloween Party A 17-year-old East Orange boy was shot and killed at a Newark Halloween party Sunday night, authorities said. Mouctar Toure suffered one gunshot wound at a large Halloween Party at an apartment building on 4th Avenue around 11:45 p.m., Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, and Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said. He was rushed to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 2:06 a.m., Monday. Nov. 1. Seen HIM? Newark Police Man Missing For More Than A Week Police in Newark are seeking a 22-year-old man reported missing for more than a week. Bryan Olano was last seen on June 16 at approximately 9:30 p.m., on  the 300 block of North 7th Street, walking towards 4th Avenue, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said. Elizabeth Man Charged In Hit-Run Death Of Newark Man An Elizabeth man was arrested in the hit-and-run accident that killed a Newark man last month, authorities said Friday. Francisco Salazar, 35, was behind the wheel of a Jeep Wrangler that struck Devere L. Rogers, 42, who was walking near McCarter Highway and 4th Avenue Aug. 15 around 11:40 p.m.,  Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, and Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F.
