Garfield High Soccer Takes On Pascack Hills In Group 2 Semis

GARFIELD, N.J. — Garfield High School plays Pascack Hills in Oakland at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, with the winner advancing to the semifinals of the North 2, Group 2 soccer playoffs.

Garfield is on to the next round.

Garfield defeated Dover, 4-2, on Friday afternoon to advance.

Pascack Hills defeated Ramsey, 7-6.

Both teams met in the second round of the Bergen County Tournament at Emerson High in Emerson on Oct. 11, with Garfield winning, 4-1.

The winner goes to the second round against the winner of Holmdel versus Delran.

The last time Garfield played for the Group 2 title was in 1973. Pascack Hills has never played for one.
