Lodi Police Grab Paterson Man In NJ Transit Bus Driver Assault

LODI, N.J. -- Lodi police said they nabbed a 28-year-old Paterson man who assaulted an NJ Transit bus driver overnight Tuesday.

Rosiland Grace, 28, attacked the driver "after he was told to leave the bus, as he was being disruptive, as well as verbally abusing the driver and passengers," Lt. Robert Salerno said.

Moments later, Sgt. Jorge Tronza and Officers Javier Hernandez and Andrew Mikhail grabbed Grace in North Savoie Street backyard.

Grace was being held on $2,500 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with aggravated assault.
