That made six times that Lodi police have arrested Michael P. Daley, 55, in less than six weeks -- and five times that he'd been released soon afterward, records show.
On Friday night, Daley assaulted a police officer who responded to the lawn mower incident at the Costa Mobile Home Park off Bergen Boulevard, Lt. Robert Salerno said.
"There's apparently been an ongoing dispute there," Salerno said.
He was taken to the Bergen County Jail before dawn Saturday -- only to be released once again by a judge under New Jersey's 2017 bail reform law.
Police returned Saturday night on another call, during which Daley kicked an ambulance worker, Salerno said.
Daley remained held in the county lockup on Tuesday pending further court action.
Since Sept. 14, records show, Daley has been arrested on charges that included making terroristic threats, assaulting police and criminal mischief.
