Salvatore Fusco, 88, Formerly Of Lodi

LODI, N.J. – Salvatore Fusco, a Lodi native and resident of Toms River and North Fort Myers, Fla., died Monday, April 18. He was 88.

Born and raised in Lodi for 69 years, he was a dual resident of Toms River and North Fort Myers, Fla. for the past 19 years.

He was a butcher, working for 20 years at Inserra ShopRite in Hasbrouck Heights before retiring in 1989. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s RC Church in Lodi.

He is survived by his wife Marian; son, John Fusco and his wife Janice; daughter, Felicia McQueeney and her husband Robert; three grandchildren, Jayme and fiancé Mike Bulger, Kellie and Shannon; great-grandchildren, Brodey Lynn, Raif, Brent, Deklin, Tiernan and Donaghan; sister, Dorothy Gervino; sister-in-law, Faye Giordano; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother, Michael Fusco; and two sisters, Rafaela Della Pena and Mildred Bence.
