GARFIELD, N.J. -- Frederick T. Nucifora, 65, of Garfield, died Sept. 8. He was 65.
He was a 20-year member of the Garfield Volunteer Fire Department and formerly was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Virgin R.C. Church.
He was predeceased by his wife, Marlene; and son, Keith.
He is survived by his daughter, Dana Fieldhouse and husband Jason; and his grandchildren, Gavin and Ayden.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at 10 a.m. Monday at Santangelo Funeral Home, 300 Main St., Lodi, followed by an 11 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin R.C. Church, 188 MacArthur Ave., Garfield. Committal service to follow at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Lodi. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tomorrows Children’s Fund, 30 Prospect Ave, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
