Born in Wayne, he grew up in Lodi and graduated from Lodi High School in 2005. He met his future wife, Krystal Anderson, in middle school in Lodi. The couple moved to Beachwood in 2017.
He worked as a granite installer, most recently for Progress Dimensions in South Toms River. A devoted New York Giants fan, he was also a hunter and outdoorsman who enjoyed motorcycle and quad riding.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Paige Ellen DeGraw, in 2014, his Aunt Lisa in 2018 and his grandfather, John Ruehle, in 2004.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by their daughter Haylee; mother Pamela DeGraw; stepfather Jack Polmann; grandmother Susan Ruehle; brother Raymond DeGraw and his wife Angela; brother William 'Willie P' and his girlfriend Christy; parents-in-law Kevin and Tonia Anderson; as well as two nieces, four nephews, three uncles, four aunts, nine cousins and his two best friends, Smokey and Diamond.
Visiting hours will be Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m., with a prayer service at 8:30 p.m., in the Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the college fund for his daughter, Haylee DeGraw, would be appreciated. Donation information will be available at the funeral home.
