Retired DEA Agent Leads Garfield Discussion Of Drug Crisis

GARFIELD, N.J. -- The Garfield Prevention Coalition, an initiative of The Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources, and A Program of Children’s Aid and Family Services will host a discussion concerning the current heroin and prescription drug crisis with retired Drug Enforcement Agent Doug Collier.

The program is from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Garfield High School, 500 Palisade Ave., Garfield. Parents, educators and members of law enforcement are encouraged to attend. The program is free of charge but space is limited.
