Governor-elect Phil Murphy has promised to work to make marijuana legal in New Jersey. In the event marijuana is legalized, it is unclear if smoke shops would be involved in the sale, but Lodi officials said they want to be proactive on the issue, the story says.
"We’re still not sure if smoke shops will be places to promote equipment like bongs or be used for more," Borough Manager Vincent Caruso said, according to the article.
